Monitoring - Good news! The Deposits section of the Point of Sale app and online Square Dashboard are now fully up to date.

We’re very sorry again for the trouble this caused today. We’re continuing to monitor this situation and we’ll post a final update when these issues have been fully resolved.

Update - Our Engineering team is making progress and customers can now pay Invoices. API reporting is also updating.

We're still working to resolve the issues affecting the Deposits section of the Point of Sale App and the online Square Dashboard.

Update - Our Engineering team has identified the root cause of the issues at hand and are actively working on a fix.

At this time the following services are still experiencing intermittent timeouts: Deposits page in the Point of Sale App and Dashboard, ability for customers to pay invoices, refunding payments, and API Reporting.

Identified - Engineering has identified the underlying issue with the Deposits page not loading and API reporting.

We've also had reports of intermittent issues with customers accessing Invoices and sellers not being able to issue refunds. The team is working diligently on implementing a fix.

We'll be back with another update as soon as we have more information to share.
