Update
We are continuing to monitor the recovery of delayed payments. In the meantime, any offline payments taken during the outage will experience a delay, but will process.

Dashboard and Point of Sale App login attempts have recovered. Thank you for hanging in there with us.

We’re beginning to see the recovery of delayed payments, and we’ll continue to monitor as our Engineers work to ensure the fix will completely resolve the issues.

Also, Contactless + Chip Reader pairing issues have been resolved.

Update
Our Teams have identified the cause of services impacted and actively working towards implementing a fix for delays in Payments. They have alerted us that Contactless + Chip Reader pairings are experiencing issues. too.

Point of Sale app and Dashboard login attempts are starting to recover.

Our Engineering team is working to identify the cause of issues regarding delays in payments. Dashboard login attempts have started to recover.

Any active logged in sessions are being logged out with 503 errors and new sign in attempts on the Point of Sale app are also producing 503 errors.
